Policies




Payment Policy

At Patients Direct we appreciate your prompt payment by major credit card or check. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. On day of shipping, your credit card will be charged and you will receive a sales receipt from donotreply@chasepaymentech via email. If your credit card is disapproved, your order will be placed on hold until payment is cleared. When you receive your bill the charge will be posted from Foundations Too Direct-F2Direct, the parent company of Patients Direct. At Patients Direct we allow physicians, hospitals, and surgery centers up to 30 days to receive check payment from day of shipping. Check payments can be made out to Foundations Too Direct and sent to P.O. Box 191529 Dallas, TX 75219. In the event a check is returned an additional $40.00 will be added to your bill with any additional late fees. On the 33 day of your billing cycle, a 10% late fee will be assessed. There are times when Patients Direct cannot ship your order complete. If this happens, please pay the original invoice in full and your backorder will be shipped with a new invoice stating a balance of zero.

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

If you need to return or exchange your purchase, we will accept returned items in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date.  Altered, damaged, or stained products will not be accepted.

Only unopened packages may be returned for a full refund minus cost of shipping

Patients Direct inspects all products before refunds or exchanges are issued. Refunds or exchanges will NOT be issued for products that have been:

  • soiled
  • worn
  • washed
  • damaged
  • altered
  • exposed to strong odors (smoke)

Privacy And Security

Privacy

When you provide us with any personal information including your name, address, e-mail and credit card number, it is processed over a secure connection on secure servers. We use Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTP) also called Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt all information you provide before sending it to our servers. SSL is the industry standard and the best software available for secure ecommerce transactions.

Security

Chase Paymentech protects your personal information during transmission by using Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTP) encryption software. When confirming an order by email or phone, we reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number as well as the amount charged.

Shipping

Patients Direct ships worldwide using The United States Postal Service via Express 2-Day Mail. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days following receipt of the order. Occasionally, items do go on backorder. In this event, you will be notified via e-mail or phone, so please continue to check your email/phone for updates regarding your order.

Expedited (next-day, 2nd-day and 3rd-day) domestic orders available upon request.

Physicians may use their own established shipping accounts (FedEx, UPS) if they desire.

Patients Direct reserves the right to not ship to someone.

PLEASE NOTE:  Weekends and holidays are NOT included in shipping (transit) time.  Overnight orders shipped on Friday can be expected on the following business day (typically Monday, unless Monday is a holiday).   Expedited shipping is a service of the carrier you select and exceptions to the expected delivery time are at the discretion of the carrier.
